I updated info on Facebook but for those that check this site. My parents have returned from Spain, where my mom received alternative cancer therapy. They are getting back to life and following a strict healthy lifestyle that will equal WHOLE, HEALTHY and HEALED! She had an MRI yesterday and everything looked good. She is faced with some tough decisions as to what direction she wants to take with traditional treatment. So please pray for her. Plus if you can do me a big favor and also pray for a friend Lois. We happen to run into Lois while we were waiting to see the oncologist and she informed us she too was fight the fight against cancer. Lois our hearts are with you through this difficult time.

I also want to mention to those that are dealing with cancer (either themselves or friend, family etc) Look at alternative methods, don't be paralyzed by fear and think that there is only one way to fight, and if the doctors aren't approving of the alternative it must not work.... that just is NOT the case. So many people will NOT make decisions to take hold of their life because of FEAR. God will direct them if they ask. Oh and did I mention CANCER SUCKS. Love to you all

Just a quick update on my awesome mom, she is recovery great from surgery. If you seen her you would look and say "really you had brain surgery less then 5 weeks ago?" She looks great, her energy is slowly returning and she seems a little more like Jamie each day. We have started Holistic treatments such as Magnetic therapy and the Budwig Diet protocol. We know that to truly BEAT CANCER you have to approach it from the whole body perspective. We still can only take one day at a time, because that is all we are given. We have not had the chance to talk with docs about additional treatments just yet. Our spirits remain HIGH because He walks besides us through it ALL.
I personally cannot explain the peace I feel with the direction we are head. That peace can come from only ONE place, He is awesome. Thank you for your continued prayers and support.

Here is a scripture verse that really helped me and my family this last year:

"God causes EVERYTHING to work together for
the GOOD of those who LOVE GOD!!" Romans 8:28

We love this verse because it reminds us that no matter what it is, God will use it for good, if we love Him. God's Love seems to pour out of Jamie's soul and very being. God will use her for good - He is already doing that! It is an honor to know you, Jamie. You are a blessing and an inspiration to me. My family and I are praying for you and your family.

My goodness Lord you are so wonderful to bring all these wonderful people in our lives to help us, encourage us and remind us of you. Thank you so much for all your support, from our Family, Friends, Heartlink Sisters, we adore you all.
Someone told me that it is important to make prayer specific, so I need your help...
My mom was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer and the prognosis from a doctors stand point is not good. But here is the deal, ONLY GOD KNOWS the true prognosis. Please pray for her complete healing, that God removes this cancer from her body. And pray that God continues to bring us wonderful people that have the knowledge that is needed to heal. (doctors, alternative medicines etc) We know prayer is the best medicine and God hears us all. So please continue with prayer for her. With that said if you are going through something in your life that needs prayer or something wonderful has happen that we need to praise God, please post on this site. This site is all about support, not just about my mom. I know she would want it NO other way!

Jamie and Terry
I have been thinking about you both when I was in Utah last week. I believe that we will go to Utah again, all of us together. I hiked up some hills behind the house and I could feel Jamie's presence because she loves the outdoors like I do and nature has always called to her and she listens. I still have a picture of her hugging the post in the yard with the old Commonwealth wooden sign. I am going to post that picture. I am so proud to be Jamie's friend and I am glad she and Terry have been in my life. Like Garth Brooks says in his song, "Glad I didn't know, Our lives are better left to chance, I could have missed the pain but I'd a had to miss the dance".
